“A Reason to Give Thanks” My heart swells with gratitude. Not just for possessions or even relationships. I feel gratitude for breath, for life itself.

A Warrior Queen

“She is a Warrior Queen” She’s made friends with doubt and fear. They are not absent from her life. They are visitors who stop by from time-to-time. She greets them without judgment, asks them for a message, thanks them for coming, and shows them the door at the end of their visit.

She is a warrior queen, who doesn’t fight against unwanted feelings. She stands her ground with an open heart.

She sends you a blessing: May you stand for what you love and believe to be true. Like a warrior queen, may you find yourself at home, where confidence and calm can claim you and love knows your name.

“She Harvests Vanished Days” She has much for which to be thankful.  As a caregiver, she gives thanks for all the children she has known—for their warm hands in hers, for her lap made into a chair, her chest a pillow of comfort.  She gives thanks for all the families, whose lives she entered to support solutions and dissolve fears.

She harvests vanished days, gathers their memory into a basket full of gratitude and blessings.

“She Is Electric” Inside, she is alive as if a spark ignited connections to the heavens. Do you know the way lightning breaks apart the sky? She is like this. She is the electric switch turned on, the spark ignited, the fuse lit. She is electric and she just can’t help it.
