“Fall Is Her
Favorite” She watches the trees across the green—majestic in stature and twice
the height of nearby houses. She loves how they dance in the breeze. She
wonders if they see her as she admires their subtle moves from dawn to dusk.
Most grow straight sky-ward, while others lean, ever so slightly, towards the
setting sun. She watches the trees across the green and wonders what they see.
She sends a blessing
to you: May nature enrich your life with its beauty. May you embrace change
with all its gifts, both wanted and unexpected. And may you take the time to
sit in reverence listening to nature as it speaks to your open heart.
