the Morning Sun”
She gives
thanks for the day beginning anew. She gives thanks for the hummingbird seeking
nectar and the butterfly at rest. She offers thanks for the moon with its
fading face and the trees dripping with dew.
Most of all,
she gives thanks that she is here, now, blessed to live this life.
